Because I’m basically unable to motivate myself to get out and do exercise unless I have an arrangement with someone else, I thought personal training was the perfect solution. Not only is it entirely convenient, but the sessions are fun and tailored to what I want to do. I couldn’t be happier with my new fitness level – I can go for a run for 45 minutes (I could barely manage 10 when I started!), play a game of squash or tennis without worrying about whether I’ll get through it, and my upper body definition has improved markedly. So far I’ve managed 50 press-ups in a row, 15 pull-ups, and 1000 skips! I’ve started on a long-term programme, and I’m loving it. |
